Printouts from the Contacts file

There are several lists you can print from the Contacts file.  Most can be accessed from the 'What Do You Want To Do?' screen/Printouts/Contacts, but you can also run them by going to the Contacts file and selecting Scripts from the menu at the top of the screen.  You can print any of the following (click the links below to open an instructional document or video): 

• Staff Directory
• Staff Teaching Details (subjects, days, rooms)
• Committee Directory
• General Directory
• Letters, Envelopes & Labels   VIDEO
• Nametags
• Staff Load Reports
