- Staff Load Reports - Finds all current staff and exports an excel file showing a list of their ensembles/classes and total hours, and tuition enrolments and total hours. There is a report per week and another per term DOCUMENT
- Staff Directories - you can print staff directories with or without photos
- Teaching Details - This report produces a printable list of your current staff's names, the subjects they teach, and the days/times/rooms they teach in.

Tuition
Available in Quick Reports in What Do you Want To Do
- Tuition enrolments - there are several reports that can show you Tuition enrolments. You can view current enrolments, enrolments for a particular term and year, enrolments for a specific year (2009 -2015).
- There are also reports that shows pending tuition enrolments, students learning more than one instrument ,students that have not done an exam this year.
- Music Tuition Retention Report - This report calculates the number of years a student has been learning an instrument by subtracting the enrolment year from the the current year. It also shows how many years a student DID learn, if the record has been archived. (It calculates YEARS only, so if a student enrolled THIS year, the number displayed in this field will be '0'... until NEXT year when it will show '1'.) Report shows enrolment date, termination date, student, subject, year level, number of years learning.
- Attendance Rolls - there are multiple ensemble rolls to choose from. Look at the samples to determine the one that best suits your needs. Printable attendance rolls will hide lesson day and time if the lesson is rotating (doesn't effect rolls specifically created for Conservatoriums)
- Class Lists (for music depts in schools) - there are two class lists to choose from. Look at the samples to determine the one that best suits your needs
- Enrolment Lists - there are multiple enrolment lists to choose from. Look at the samples to determine the one that best suits your needs
- Blank Rolls - Use the Blank Roll button if you need to print a blank roll for a teacher. Blank Roll 1 is the same layout as Attendance Roll 1. Blank Roll 2 is the same layout as Attendance Roll 2. Blank Roll 3 is the same layout as Attendance Roll 3.
- Plain old list - this list just shows simply Student Name, Form, Subject, Teacher and Lesson Day.
- Plain old list 2 - This list is a slightly different version of the Plain Old List. It shows Student Name, Form, Subject and Lesson Type. It summarises by teacher and produces each teacher's list on a new page.

- Term Note Sheets - can be printed for every Tuition enrolment and given to the teachers to keep a record of lessons given each week. It displays the student's name, school (useful for conservatories), year level, contact name, and contact phone number. The teacher's name is printed at the top right of the sheet. You will need V7.17.1 to produce these sheets. You can print them for ALL students at once by running the script from the 'What Do You Want To Do?' area. Or print for one student by clicking the binoculars in the Students file (Tuition tab) and clicking the white Term Note Sheet button.
- Annual sign in sheets - can be printed for every student. It has spaces for the teacher and student to sign, confirming that lessons actually took place. These can be used in conjunction with the printable rolls in MM or the Roll-Marking screens. They can be printed for ALL students at once by running the script from the 'What Do You Want To Do?' area. Or print for one student by clicking the binoculars in the Students file (Tuition tab) and clicking the white Annual Sign-In Sheet button.

- Ensemble enrolments - there are several reports that show ensemble enrolments. You can view current enrolments or enrolments for a specific term and year.
- There is also a report that shows those students that are learning an instrument but not enrolled in an ensemble.
- Conductor Lists - Clicking any of the Conductor List buttons will produce printable lists of your ensemble members - the kind of list your conductors would find useful as a quick-reference contact list. These lists are quite condensed, with the Ensemble details at the top of each page (name, conductor, time, etc.) and member details underneath. There are three to choose from.
- Ensemble Class Lists - this report produces a printable class lists of all students involved in ensembles (sorted by Form). Each class is printed on a separate page and the lists show Ensemble Name, Details (rehearsal, day, time, venue), Conductor, and the names of students involved in that ensemble.
- Ensemble Members List - this report lists your ensemble members. It shows the Ensemble details at the top (name, conductor, time, etc.) and students listed in two columns underneath. The student form & instrument are also listed.
- Ensemble Checklist - This report produces a printable list of ensemble members, grouped under ensemble names (the sort of list you would want to print before typing a program so the conductors can check the details are correct!) It includes the following information:Student Last Name, First Name, Ensemble Part (instrument), and Special Role
- Ensemble rolls - there are multiple ensemble rolls to choose from. Look at the samples to determine the one that best suits your needs. For example Ensemble roll (condensed) will print out information in Spare Field 7 on Spare & Key fields tab in Students form view.
- Ensemble Term Note Sheets DOCUMENT

- Class lists by teacher - Produces a list of all ensembles/classes sub- divided by teacher (a good list to send to teachers at the start of the year, showing them their allocation of classes and days/times). It also displays total ensembles/classes and total hours at the bottom of the list.
- Ensemble Lists - There are also two ensemble list reports that lists ensembles, teachers, days, times and venues
- Ensemble log - This report produces a log sheet for teachers to enter the ensembles/classes they have taken. You can print a log sheet each term and the teachers can enter a tick and perhaps a date for each ensemble/class for each week. At the end of the term you can total up the ensembles. The conservatorium that requested this printout runs ensembles in a number of schools. At the end of each term they can total the ensembles and bill the schools accordingly.

Salary Reports
- Charting payments made to a particular teacher VIDEO
- $$ Report by Teacher - Accessed via button on Salaries GC menu. Produces a report of all amounts paid during a particular session, or a specified date range, and summarises by teacher. User also has the option to show breakdown by date paid.
- $$ Report by Session (used to say "Print progressive report by Cost Centre") - Accessed via button on Salaries GC menu. This script produces a report of all amounts paid during a particular session, or a specified date range, and summarised by Cost Centre. Each session prints on a new page.
