The Salaries files
i.e. calculating pays for sessional teachers who are paid NOT paid a 'salary' as such, but whose pay is based on the lessons taught and ensembles/classes delivered
Pays are calculated by totalling the expected number of lessons/classes to be delivered and then averaged over a number of pay dates. This method links closely with the billing, ensuring teachers are not paid more than has been billed.

The 'Roll Marking' System
Pays are calculated from the attendance records as entered in Music Monitor. This method can also link closely with the billing if students are billed in arrears. Otherwise, schools should use the 'Lesson Reconciliation' screens to ensure students are billed for extra lessons or credited if lessons were not delivered. Lesson 'adjustments' can be easily 'sent to accounts' from these screens.
