Add to Roll button in Ensemble Codes

In v 8.0.29 and above, when a new ensemble is created, a yellow 'Add to roll' button will appear if the tuition/ensemble rolls have already been set up for the week. 

​When clicked the ensemble will be added to the last roll created for ALL staff listed as conductors/tutors/accompanists, etc.
​The 'Add to roll' script can also be accessed from the Scripts menu in the Ensembles/Classes file. This can be useful if the ensemble already exists but one staff member is being added to the list.

​ By clicking 'Add to roll' in the Scripts menu, the ensemble will be added to the last roll set up for ALL staff. Some of the staff will already have that ensemble on their roll, but the script finishes on the Attendance screen displaying all the records just added, so all the others can be deleted from here. (Not sure this is the tidiest way of dealing with this, but it will have to do for now!)
