Adding one-off calendar events for non staff members

In v 8.0.85 and above you can now add in calendar entries for non-staff in your Contacts list.
For example, other organisations that might be booking the facilities. ​
Go to the calendar entries tab and click the green plus to add the entry.

It will then be viewable on the calendar

It will also be viewable on the Room Usage page
