Amendment to Resource Account log on privileges

In v 8.0.84 and above the access privilieges for 'Resources' account holders has been modified.
When a uswr with Resources accounts log in, they will now bypass the Home screen and go straight to the Resources Menu.
Resources accounts no longer have access to the Home screen or File Map or Other layout.
Resource account users can still get to the Students file and other files if necessary (with 'read-only' access) but not from the Home screen.
