Annual Sign-In Sheet & Term Note Sheet

Two new printouts have recently been added to the Tuition file, in response to requests from a couple of schools.  They may be helpful for you, too!

The Term Note Sheet can be printed for every Tuition enrolment and given to the teachers to keep a record of lessons given each week.  It displays the student's name, school (useful for conservatories), year level, contact name, and contact phone number.  The teacher's name is printed at the top right of the sheet.  You will need V7.17.1 to produce these sheets.  You can print them for ALL students at once by running the script from the 'What Do You Want To Do?' area.  Or print for one student by clicking the binoculars in the Students file (Tuition tab) and clicking the white Term Note Sheet button.

The Annual Sign-In Sheet can also be printed for every student.  It has spaces for the teacher and student to sign, confirming that lessons actually took place.  These can be used in conjunction with the printable rolls in MM or the Roll-Marking screens.  They can be printed for ALL students at once by running the script from the 'What Do You Want To Do?' area.  Or print for one student by clicking the binoculars in the Students file (Tuition tab) and clicking the white Annual Sign-In Sheet button.  You will need V7.17.3 to print these documents.
