In v 8.0.72 and above the Ensemble Status (from the Ensemble Codes file) now visible on the Accounts Checklist layout. Also a button has been added to the Accounts Checklist layout to Enter No. Sessions from Calendar Entries. If you use this button it will replace the number of sessions with the number of calendar entries for this enrolment. Note: The portal shows ALL calendar entries whether past or future so if schools are going to use the Enter No. Sessions button they must remember to archive their calendar entries at the end of each term before billing for the next term.
In v 8.0.71 and above a portal has been added to the Ensemble Form View layout. It displays calendar entries and total number of calendar entries for each record. Also added a button to the Accounts Checklist layout to Enter No. Sessions from Calendar Entries.

In v 8.0.72 and above when filtering by Campus on the Schedules tab in Contacts, the Ensembles now show as well (but they will need to have the Campus entered in Ensemble Codes)
In v 8.0.71 and above Campus or Lesson Location have been added to the Unallocated Students popover. If Lesson Location is empty, it will be hidden. If Lesson Location is NOT empty, the Campus field will be hidden.
Also the sort order has been changed. It now sorts by Campus, then Lesson Location, then Student Last Name (it previously sorted by Student Full Name). In v 8.0.72 and above printouts that were displaying the week of year now show the School Week Name instead (if it has been set up in the Calendar).
In v8.0.71 and above the 'Category' field is now visible on Statistics page. Go to What Do You Want To Do > Statistics and select View Event Details You can do a search for the Category for the date range you want Subtotals and totals to Staff Numbers and Participant Numbers columns have also been added on the Statistics page.
In v 8.0.72 and above the search criteria used when setting up rolls for each week has been modified.
It now uses two requests when searching for Tuition and Ensembles. The first request finds CURRENT (Tuition) or ACTIVE (Ensembles). The second request OMITS any that have a START DATE greater than 7 days from today. 1. In v 8.0.71 and above a number now displays for Ensembles in the Billed lessons column (This was previously blank, the column only showed No. Lessons RP for Tuition records.) It reads this number from the 'Number of Sessions' in the Ensembles/Classes file. 2. In v 8.0.71 and above the 'Print Rolls' script (the one that runs when clicking the printer icon on the roll-marking screen) has been modifed.
It now displays the toolbar at the top of the preview screen and it PAUSES before bringing up the print dialog box. So now it's possible to:- scroll through the pages and check before printing; - choose to NOT print particular pages; - save/email selected pages as pdf. In v 8.0.68 and above a new 'Created by' field has been added to the Notes.
Now that teachers can add Tuition notes, it's important to see who created the note. This field is visible in the Tuition Notes portal underneath the Date. It's not editable. |
