In v8.0.88 and above the "Set up invoice template" has been added to Set Up - Conservatoriums list in What Do You Want To Do. In v8.0.90 and above te "Add or delete login accounts" has also been added to Set Up and Set Up - Conservatoriums lists  In v8.0.88 and above there is a new button - Find EMPTY Room on the Room Usage (Quick View) (accessed from the Home Menu).  When you click this button, it takes you to a screen where you can enter search parameters (date, and a time range). Click Continue and it will bring up the list of rooms that don't currently have a booking at that time.  In v8.0.85 and above a change has been made to the screen where the filepath for backups can be entered (What Do You Want To Do > Set Up > Set up or edit location for backups).  Instead of having to manually type the filepath (and struggling to get it exactly right!) you can now navigate to the location by clicking the 'Select' button.  Inv 8.0.86 and above excursions are now linked to Calendar. When an Excursion Code is set up here, it will copy information through to the calendar. (At this stage it is still minimal, only copying the name of the excursion and the date. And the staff details don't copy over to calendar yet.)  In v 8.0.85 and above there is a new field for Staff in 'Other' tab: "Digital Signature". Signature inserted here can appear on Reports (if it's been added to the template).  In v8.0.85 and above binoculars have been added to the calendar entries on the Calendar entries tab in Contacts to view/edit individual entries  In v 8.0.85 and above you can now add in calendar entries for non-staff in your Contacts list. For example, other organisations that might be booking the facilities. Go to the calendar entries tab and click the green plus to add the entry.  It will then be viewable on the calendar  It will also be viewable on the Room Usage page  In v8.0.86 and above the email 'envelope' on the rolls, to email student or parents, will now include in the Message any Lesson Notes entered for that day . The lesson notes are the notes entered by clicking on the icon below  It will be included in the text of the email  In v 8.0.84 and above the access privilieges for 'Resources' account holders has been modified. When a uswr with Resources accounts log in, they will now bypass the Home screen and go straight to the Resources Menu. Resources accounts no longer have access to the Home screen or File Map or Other layout. Resource account users can still get to the Students file and other files if necessary (with 'read-only' access) but not from the Home screen.  |
