The sort order and layout of all printable rolls summarise by Ensemble ID instead of Ensemble Name.
(So if they've got two Ensembles with the same name eg. 'Exam Class' but at different times, they will be separated on different pages when printing.)This is also done this for the electronic Ensemble Rolls as well A script has been added to show Tuition enrolments for the Year 2016.
Go to Quick Reports in What Do You Want To Do? New in version 8.0.05 and above is an Add to Roll button for adding a student to an existing ensemble roll. First, add the student's ensemble enrolment in the Students file... If a roll has already been created a yellow Add to Roll button will appear at the end of the row Click on this button to add to roll. Once the student has been added the button will disappear.
The new student should be added to that ensemble really smoothly and quickly. The process shows you the roll-marking screen, so you'll be able to see whether it's worked or not, straight away. It then returns to the ensemble tab. In version 8.0.05 and above There are now two new timetables that can be printed. They only show Tuition bookings. They can both be accessed from What Do You Want To Do > Timetables The Teacher timetable can also be accessed from the Calendar Entries tab in Staff and other contacts Enter your search criteria. Can search by user, student, date range, week commencing (or week commencing range), venue, day or date. NOTE: Week commencing in Calendar is the SUNDAY as opposed to Rolls which is Monday. The teacher’s timetable sorts by Week commencing. It also shows Calendar exclusions The student’s timetable sorts by student. It also shows calendar exclusions You can also vary your sort order by clicking on the Red button. To print or save the schedule click on Preview Save or print the schedule and Exit Preview to return to the timetable.
There is a new printout (can be run from What Do You Want To Do > Printouts > Tuition (or Beginning of Year) > Tuition:Plain Old List 2 OR Tuition > Scripts > Tuition > Plain Old List 2. This list is a slightly different version of the Plain Old List. It shows Student Name, Form, Subject and Lesson Type. It summarises by teacher and produces each teacher's list on a new page.
Calendar exclusions will also now be visible by a yellow asterisk next to the students’ effected by the exclusion. This will be visible from the calendar and the calendar tabs in room management, students and contacts.

The EMAIL option also automatically inserts a note in each student's 'Notes' tab advising that a 'Music Program Advice Slip' was emailed on today's date. You can also access this script from the Students file. However you need to perform your find BEFORE you run the script. NOTE: There is also a Music Lesson Slip in Tuition.
