Read Now

Music Program Advice Slips can now be emailed as attachments.
Go to What Do You Want To Do > Printouts
Scroll down to Students and select Music Program Advice Slip
Picture
This script will produce a printable A5-size advice slip for your students (it prints 2 to a page) OR send the advice slips as an A4 size pdf email attachment. The advice slip displays TUITION and ENSEMBLE details (Subject/s, Lesson Day, Time, Ensemble/s, Day, Time, etc).
Picture
The printable version includes up to 3 tuition enrolments and 4 ensembles per student. The emailable version includes up to 4 tuition enrolments and 6 ensembles per student. The emailable version also includes school logo and school name at the top of the slip.
Firstly, you will be taken to a screen where you can enter search criteria to find a record or group of records. You will then be asked if you wish to PRINT or EMAIL the advice slips.
If you choose to PRINT, you will be taken to a Preview screen. Click the printer icon to print, or save as PDF. Click 'Continue' to return to the original screen.
If you choose to EMAIL, you will taken to a screen where you can enter a Subject, Text, Signature and an optional CC email address. You will also be given the option of previewing each email before sending (advisable the first few times, just to make sure it's working as expected) OR send all without previewing. The EMAIL option also automatically inserts a note in each student's 'Notes' tab advising that a 'Music Program Advice Slip' was emailed on today's date.
You can also access this script from the Students file. However you need to perform your find BEFORE you run the script.
