In v8.0.92 and above when you go to print the Timetable Chart on the Calendar entires tab in Contacts, you can now preview the printable timetable before printing.   In V8.0.94 and above the change of teacher on the Tuition tab in Students is now FIXED! You no longer have to select the teacher twice. It now only has to be selected once. AND the problem of two teachers of the same subject having the same surname has also been solved! The dropdown list now shows the FULL name of the teacher when entering a tuition enrolment.  In v8.0.92 and above Calendar entries on tha Calendar tab in Student's Form view now display for the CURRENT week (and future entries) not the past 7 days. Also there is more room for Description on this view.  In v 8.0.94 and above Billing Term and Year has been removed from the Invoice List View but is available on the Advanced Search Screen  BPAy Ref No and Notes(from the notes on invoice tab in debtors) have also been added to the Advanced Search Screen. And there is also a yellow 'Back to List View' button.  In v8.0.93 and above a radio button has been added to the Joruanl Summary screen (underneath 'Journal Summary' heading top left)  This allows you to choose 'Yes' or 'No' to sort by Campus. The Export to Excel should now work for either 'Yes' or 'No'.
In v8.0.92 Notes entered against the invoice on the invoice tab in Debtors can now be viewed on the invoice list view as well   In v8.0.90 and above the 'Payment Method' field has been added to Invoice Line List View - NECOM, so it can be used in the search criteria to run Payment List.  In v8.0.90 and above there have been some amendments to the Create New Login Account screen - Two more buttons have been added and the order of the buttons has changed as they appear on the screen:  The two new login Accounts
New ADMIN Account - THIS account allows full editing access in ALL files INCLUDING records that have been journalised in the Accounts file. This account should only be used occasionally to log in and fix records when necessary. New IT Access Account - Read-Only access in MOST files. Editing access to SCRIPTS menu in the Students file and Calendar Entries file. In v 8.0.94 and above, there has been a slight amendment to how an attendance is viewed in Ensemble Roll-Marking > Printable rolls. If a student was marked as having attended the rehearsal, and then if the roll was printed, it was appearing as an x rather than a tick. Confusing for some teachers. Changed to ticks now.  |
