Exports an excel spreadsheet for selected group of students showing name, year level and ENTIRE music participation history (i. e. ensembles/classes, tuition, and exams). Go to Students and find your student or group of Students. Go to Scripts and select Participation Report An excel spreadseet showing their entire participation record will be displayed (including current and archived tuition, ensemble and exam information). This can then be saved.
In v 8.0.13 and above Additional Contacts can now be LINKED to siblings. When adding an additional contact, select from the dropdown list to link to other family members. On a new line select the Student ID of the sibling. The top line should have the Student ID of the current student By linking to other family members, the contact only needs to be entered once. The dropdown list will display other family members with the SAME Family/Debtor ID.
If you need to link a student that does not have the same Debtor/Family ID as other siblings, the Student ID can be manually typed in rather than selecting from the dropdown list. In v 8.0.13 and abovetThere is a new script which produces an 'Excursion Roll'. It is available from the Script in Excursions or from Printouts in What Do You Want To Do At the search screen you need to select the excursion. The column headings and key are editable in the next screen. Column headings could be used to tick off rehearsal attendance related to that excursion, or other things such as 'Form returned', 'Paid', Bus etc
The roll shows the Excursion Name, Supervising Staff and Date at the top and displays student name (highlighted if Photo Permission = No in Students file), Date of Birth, Parent names and 10 blank columns. You are given the option of removing blank lines In v 8.0.13 and above you are now able to print a term note sheet for ensemble member. This is similar to the Term Note Sheets that can be printed out from Tuition. You can print ONE ONLY from the Ensemble Detail screen for a particular student. Or you can print for a group of students from 'What Do You Want To Do?' in the Printouts category. There is a search screen where you can choose a specific ensemble or you can print them or all ensembles.
Quick List 3 now shows ALL contact email addresses for the student (including any contacts in the Mail Alert table).
In version 8.0.12 and above the Email or Print invoices for Found Set button will be hidden when you are in Find mode.
1. When adding or editing an adjustment, the 'Edit list' (green button) next to Description 1 and Description 2 will now take you to THAT particular record. (eg. If you have selected 'Tuition' for Description 1 and then click 'Edit List' it will take you to the first record in the Salary Rates list with 'Tuition' in Category. If you have selected 'Individual (30)' for Description 2 and click 'Edit List' it will take you to the first record in the Salary Rates list with 'Individual (30' in Description 2. (It just makes it a bit easier for schools with LOTS AND LOTS of rates in this list). 2 There is a change to the way the Status field is calculated. It now uses the 'Active/Inactive' field in the Contacts file to determine whether the staff member in Salaries is 'Current' or 'Archived'. Also, if Staff member in Contacts has had their Staff Code removed, they will show as 'Archived' in Salaries. 3. A 'Help' button has been added to the 'Print and finalise this one teacher's pay' button in Salaries. It includes a URL and opens the procedural document in Dropbox. 4. A few changes have been made to the Salary Line Items layout: Staff Last Name now visible on this screen, added calendar drop-downs to Date Created and Date Paid fields.
In 8.0.12 and above there are some additional features on the Student tab in Contacts
When emailing Lesson Reminders from Timetabling it now gives you the option of emailing students only, or parents AND students. It will email ALL parent contacts if selected.
