Little green 'Add to Calendar' button now remains visible even when the record has active calendar entries in Contacts, Ensembles/Classes file and Resources file.

​This allows you to add additional calendar entries for a different time period to individual entries.

Or, if an ensemble has more than 1 rehearsal in a week, you can add a second set of rehearsals to the calendar for the same time period but a different day (in this in instance, you would change the rehearsal day/time and add to Calendar. When prompted to update current bookings say No as you still want the current bookings. Then click on Calendar icon to add the bookings for the new day.

In this example my Wind Orchestra has rehearsals on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
