Calendar now viewable on Ensemble form view

In v 8.0.71 and above a portal has been added to the Ensemble Form View layout. It displays calendar entries and total number of calendar entries for each record.

​Also added a button to the Accounts Checklist layout to Enter No. Sessions from Calendar Entries.

​Note: The portal shows ALL calendar entries whether past or future so if schools are going to use the Enter No. Sessions button they must remember to archive their calendar entries at the end of each term before billing for the next term.
