In v8.0.86 and above there are two new report templates
- for Canterbury College.This one is similar to LJBC but has a few changes. Also includes digital signature of teachers. This is set up on the Other tab in Contacts. - for Mitchell Conservatorium In v8.0.85 an above a button has been added to the Reports 'set up screen' (List of Teachers) to "Save ALL as individual PDFs".  This takes you to a screen where they can specify a filename for each report and a location to save the pdfs. Click on select  The Student ID will form the first part of the file name, but you can specify the remainder. For example, if you enter the following:  and the Student ID is 1234, the pdf will be saved as 1234_S1_2018.pdf You can also run a test on this screen to make sure the filename and filepath work. Click 'Continue' and the script will find ALL reports for the current session and go through and save each one as a separate pdf. (These pdfs could then be uploaded and saved to another system eg. Synergetic.) : If you wish to print pdfs for a select group (eg. one teacher), you can Cancel at this point and do a find on this screen for a particular group of records. You can then select Scripts from the menu at the top of the screen and Print found set as individual PDF  If a student is learning more than one instrument, the subsequent PDFs will APPEND to the original. So the student will end up with one PDF and several pages - one page for each report.
In v8.0.81 and above, the fields for student name, form, subject, report type, report semester and year have been modified on the data entry screens so that they CAN'T be entered in browse mode. (Prevents teachers from accidentally altering the data.)
In v8.0.82 and above there are two new templates for Academic Reports. Burgmann  Casey Grammar  Report templates can be view in What Do You Want To Do > Assessment Reports  In v8.0.76 and above access privileges for teachers has been modified.
They are now unable to edit records that were created more than 90 days prior to the current date. (To prevent accidental modification of past reports.) In 8.0.51 and above on the teachers' list screen, an X button has been added at the right of the portal row so teachers can be easily deleted from this list  In v 8.0.29 and above the access privileges for teachers have been modified - they can no longer print or email reports. (Access to a few other scripts have also been removed too eg. Delete all records!!)
