In v8.1.06 and above , when you add all bookings for THIS ONE teacher to Calendar' , you will now have the option of continuing through the script without having to click OK for each student.   In v8.1.03 and above the button that shows the printable editable timetable chart will now constrain to a particular campus if a campus has been selected  In v 8.1.04 and above page numbers have been added to the bottom of Schedule by User - 2 Columns  In v8.1.03 and above, when editing a calendar entry from the Home screen > Room Usage (Quick View), the User Name is now visible (but not editable) and there is a new 'Delete This Entry' button  In v 8.0.97 and above the list of conductors/tutors in the User Name on the Calendar now displays in the same order as entered in the Ensembles/Classes file. i.e the main conductor now appears at the top of the list.  In v 8.1.03 the button to email weekly timetable to ALL teachers from the weekly view of Calendar, now allows the email text to be customised.   In v8.0.92 and above when you go to print the Timetable Chart on the Calendar entires tab in Contacts, you can now preview the printable timetable before printing.   In v8.0.92 and above Calendar entries on tha Calendar tab in Student's Form view now display for the CURRENT week (and future entries) not the past 7 days. Also there is more room for Description on this view.  In v8.0.92 and above the filter to show only one week or one day at a time has been added to the Calendar entries tab in Contacts for administrators. This is the same as the filter the teachers see on their screen.  In v8.0.93 and above Calendar Exclusions now sorts automatically by Date when going to the Calendar Exclusions screen.
It was previously defaulting to the order in which records were created. |
