In v 8.1.07 and above there is a new button to 'Print Inventory List' on the Instrumentation tab. Prints a sheet showing details of the piece of music, including the instrumentation/voicing parts. Click the button; a preview will display on the screen; click the printer icon in toolbar then 'Continue' to return to original layout.
In v8.1.06 and above there has been changes to the formatting of the little '+' buttons that indicate a note has been entered for that week in Ensemble Roll-Marking layout. If the note says "CREDIT", the + button will be shaded red. This is to help conservatoriums (and some schools) that credit lessons back for ensembles or groups. You can add 'CREDIT' as an option to the Notes dropdown list and that can be used whenever a lesson/session is to be credited back to the student. At the end of the term, the administrator can look through the rolls and make sure the number in the Allowable Absences column matches the number of red squares on a student's record.
The 'Allowable Absences' column heading is now also an auto-sort button. This list will hopefully be helpful when working out the credits at the end of each term. (I will probably add a button to 'send these adjustments to accounts'. But not yet.) In v 8.0.86 and above there is a new field: Medical notes. (Conservatoriums only.) It is now possible to differentiate between 'Special Needs' and 'Medical Notes'. 'Special Needs' are reported on for DOE funding, but medical notes not necessarily. Specific information on the medical alert can be entered in this field In v8.0.90 and above, if a student is tagged with a Medical/Other Alert, a question-mark will appear on the roll to the left of their name. If the teacher clicks this question mark, details of the medical alert will be displayed in a custom dialog box.
In v8.0.88 and above the "Set up invoice template" has been added to Set Up - Conservatoriums list in What Do You Want To Do.
In v8.0.90 and above te "Add or delete login accounts" has also been added to Set Up and Set Up - Conservatoriums lists In v 8.0.74 and above an 'Update Debtor Details' button for Schools has been added to the Primary Contacts tab for Schools layout.
This is for Conservatoriums. In v8.0.71 and above the 'Category' field is now visible on Statistics page. Go to What Do You Want To Do > Statistics and select View Event Details You can do a search for the Category for the date range you want Subtotals and totals to Staff Numbers and Participant Numbers columns have also been added on the Statistics page.
In v8.0.70 and above, on the Conservatorium's Student form view, a couple of new fields to display Billing Estimate for the student and the family have been added. Shows total of current tuition enrolments, ensemble enrolments, instrument hire less tuition discounts and ensemble discounts.
In v 8.0.64 and above the Invoice Set Up screen now allows user to select BPAY and enter their own Biller Code. Tick yes to allow BPay options and a box will appear to enter your Biller code The Debtors BPAY reference numbers need to be entered on Debtors screen > Other tab. If BPAY Invoice option is selected, the BPAY logo and fields will replace the editable text fields on the left-hand side of the invoice. Other payment options should still be entered on the right- hand side. The logo and text have been added to the invoice according to BPAY standards. The BPAY reference number now appears in the BPAY box instead of where it used to appear (bottom right-hand side).
In v8.0.63 and above there are two new scripts in the Scripts menu in Students to Block or Unblock Enrolments for the FOUND SET of records.
In v 8.0.60 and above a Medical/Other Alert field has been added to the Students Form View for conservatoriums.
Tag as 'Yes' and the student name will appear red and bold on the Form and List views and on the Tuition and Ensemble rolls set up in Roll marking. Notes about the actual alert can be entered either in the Spare Fields or Notes tab. |
