In v8.1.06 and above , when you add all bookings for THIS ONE teacher to Calendar' , you will now have the option of continuing through the script without having to click OK for each student.
In v 8.1.03 and above there is now a 'List View' button at the bottom of the PD tab. Clicking this button takes you to a list view of all the PD records.
On this screen you can search for particular records. The total hours for the found set appears at the bottom of the list. If you sort by Staff Code, the report will subtotal the hours for each teacher. In v8.1.03 and above the button that shows the printable editable timetable chart will now constrain to a particular campus if a campus has been selected
In v8.0.92 and above when you go to print the Timetable Chart on the Calendar entires tab in Contacts, you can now preview the printable timetable before printing.
In v8.0.94 and above , When you add a new teacher, a record for this teacher will also now automatically be added in the Salaries GC file (ie salaries based on roll marking).
If using the Averaged pays, it won't automatically create a new record in that file. In v8.0.92 and above the filter to show only one week or one day at a time has been added to the Calendar entries tab in Contacts for administrators.
This is the same as the filter the teachers see on their screen. In v 8.0.85 and above there is a new field for Staff in 'Other' tab: "Digital Signature".
Signature inserted here can appear on Reports (if it's been added to the template). In v8.0.85 and above binoculars have been added to the calendar entries on the Calendar entries tab in Contacts to view/edit individual entries
In v 8.0.72 and above when filtering by Campus on the Schedules tab in Contacts, the Ensembles now show as well (but they will need to have the Campus entered in Ensemble Codes)
In v 8.0.59 and above The Clear All Time slots script is also available in End of Year Procedures to clear Time slots for ALL teachers
It allows you to click through each teacher and cancel for some and clear for others. I've also added an explanation (question mark) to this script. |
