In v8.0.97 and above there is a new script to 'Send found set to Exams' (Ensembles file > Scripts menu > Actions). Useful for enrolling a whole theory class at once into an AMEB Exams.  In v 8.0.74 and above the following changes have been made 1. Form Returned field has been added to the List View layout on the Exam tab in Students You can now see 'Yes' AND 'No' (could only see 'Yes' before). Means you can search easily for students that haven't returned their forms from this screen.  2. Form Returned field has been added to the 'find' screen users see when printing forms or excel spreadsheet to send to AMEB  In v 8.0.71 and above another template for the Exam Approval Letter has been added. This one was requested by Wesley College and the text in the boxes on this one are editable. There are 3 text boxes that can be edited. Unlike the Geelong College letters, there is only ONE Exam Approval Letter if the Wesley preference is selected. Geelong College has one for exam entries WITH an accompanist and another for exam entries WITHOUT an accompanist. To use the Wesley College editable letter, set File Preferences (from the Home screen) to "Wesley College" under the Exam Approval Letters heading. If NO selection is made on this screen, it will default to the Geelong College template.  In 8.0.48 and above an 'Approval Form' button has been added to the Exam tab. Similar to the 'Hire Form' button on the Loans & Hire tab. When button is clicked an Exam Approval Form will be generated for the selected record and user will be able to print or email. Button will be hidden when form has been sent. At this stage, the Exam Approval Form is customised specifically for Geelong College. If other schools want to start using this, I can modify for them or create options.  |
