In v8.1.07 and above the script that emails Acquittal 2 to the found set of teachers has been modified.
The find request now includes any pending tuition students that have an enrolment date within the next 7 days. It also omits any current students that have a start date greater than the next 7 days. In v 8.1.06 and above a button has ben added at the top of this list to 'SHOW ONLY empties'. It constrains the found set to show only those booking timeslots that have nothing in Description.  It can be found in What Do You Want To Do > Timetables  In v8.1.06 and above , when you add all bookings for THIS ONE teacher to Calendar' , you will now have the option of continuing through the script without having to click OK for each student.   In v8.1.03 and above the button that shows the printable editable timetable chart will now constrain to a particular campus if a campus has been selected  In v 8.1.04 and above page numbers have been added to the bottom of Schedule by User - 2 Columns  In v 8.1.03 and above the screen that you see when clicking the clock button on the Schedule tab in the Contacts file now allows editing of the room/venue.  In v 8.1.03 the button to email weekly timetable to ALL teachers from the weekly view of Calendar, now allows the email text to be customised.   In v8.0.91 and above there is a new button on Week View (email icon in front of group of people) - Email Weekly Timetable to ALL Teachers.  Clicking this button will find all current staff in the Contacts file, then find their timetable for the selected week and save it as a pdf and attach to an email.
This timetable shows ALL entries (i.e. tuition, ensembles, scheduled breaks, meetings, etc.) Emails are sent WITH dialog. In v8.0.91 and above the Email buttons on timetables now have either the Student or Contacts icon behind them so it's more obvious which one sends the timetable to teachers and which sends the lesson times to students   In v8.0.76 and above the scripts for emailing Term & Weekly Schedules have been modified.
They will now be sent TO the PRIMARY parent contact and CC'D to the student. (Previously they were sent TO the student and CC'D to ALL parent contacts.) |
