Change to Pay Slip for Salaries GC (roll marking method)

In v 8.0.38 and above a summary part has been added to all the Pay Slips layouts to summarise by Adjustment Type i. e. either Credit or Debit. 

​Realised that if a teacher was to be paid 4 lessons for Susie Smith but to be debited 1 lessons for Susie Smith (perhaps overpaid last time), these wouldn't show as separate amounts on the pay slip. It's also helpful for pay office to see the Debit/Credit split. Also, because the pay slips were getting quite long and detailed with all these summaries, Ithe summary by Cost Centre has been removed from the Pay Slips Preview layout.
