Changes in Salaries Menu (Average pay method)

In v 8.0.37 and above another step has been added to the Main Menu layout: Step 4 on right-hand side - Preview Pay TOTALS. I've also added help notes (click the number 4 to view).

 This script allows you to see the TOTALS before the pay slips are finalised. (The other 'preview' script only shows all the adjustments that have been entered since last pay.)
Particularly useful if a teacher leaves mid-session and you need to check whether their pay is going to go into negative!
