Changes to Ensemble billing checklist

In v 8.0.72 and above the Ensemble Status (from the Ensemble Codes file) now visible on the Accounts Checklist layout. 

Also a button has been added to the Accounts Checklist layout to Enter No. Sessions from Calendar Entries. 

If you use this button it will replace the number of sessions with the number of calendar entries for this enrolment.

Note: The portal shows ALL calendar entries whether past or future so if schools are going to use the Enter No. Sessions button they must remember to archive their calendar entries at the end of each term before billing for the next term.
