Changes to ensemble roll marking screen

1. The Roll-marking screens (for online roll-marking) now also show Form next to each student's name. (If rolls are PRINTED from these screens however, only the Year Level is displayed, not the Form.) 

2. Roll-marking screens - when you click the red "Sort Alphabetically" button it now changes to "Sort by Part" so users can toggle between the two sort orders. 


3. The Ensemble Name and Dates now displays in the footer at the bottom of the screen, so that dates are still visible when user scrolls down to names lower on the list. ​
