Changes to student charges from Salaries GC

In v 8.0.76 and above the way student charges from the Salaries GC file are imported into Student Accounts has changed.
​ The date and teacher code are now be imported into Description 2 so that more information is visible if account charges are queried. The line items will now appear something like this:
Category (doesn't appear on invoice): eg. "Accompanying"
Description 1 (appears on invoice): eg. Piano accompaniment rehearsal
Description 2 (appears on invoice): eg. 12/4/2018 (LB) (where LB is the Staff Code)
​Amount (appears on invoice): eg. $34.00
