Changes to the Music Catalogue script

In v8.1.03 and above the script and layout for printing a Music Catalogue has been modified.

The script now ends on the Music Catalogue screen in Browse mode (rather than pausing, and clicking 'Continue' to return to where you started.)
All the column headings on this scree
​n are now buttons that will automatically sort the found set of records. A 'Save as Excel' button has also been added to this screen.
