Changes to Timetables category in What Do You Want To Do

In version 8.0.10 and above the old Timetables category has been removed and has been replaced by the new version that is linked to the new calendar and room management system.

 
More tasks have been added.

• Add all bookings to calendar (for schools used to the old way of doing timetables, this replaces the button to set up all timetables)

  
  
•  View Teacher Timetable (timetables could then be printed or saved as pdf. If done teacher by teacher, they could be emailed as pdf.)

  
  
• View Student Timetable (an 'Email' button has been added to the Student timetable screen, so if you select a particular date, or week, when you click 'View Student Timetable', you can then email the found set of students to remind them of their lesson details.
 There will be individual emails for each lesson created.

• View Timetables by Class/Form (to print/send to classroom teachers)
Also 2 different printouts (of basically the same information. One is an older printout, one is new.)
  
  
• Teacher Schedule (regular bookings)

  
  
• Teacher Timetable - fixed lessons
