Changes to Tuition Rolls

  In v 8.0.25 and above there are some changes to the Mark roll screen

Ability to edit length of ensemble rehearsal for one week
​Similar to editing the length of a tuition lesson you can now click on the pencil next to the ensemble name on the tuition roll (this is for schools that have the ensemble link active in their settings)

​Fill in the box with the length in the THIS WEEK field and recalculate.  Don’t forget to put in a reason in Notes otherwise you won’t be able to close the box.

Cancel button
​If you accidentally click on the pencil open the change lesson length box you can now Cancel by clicking on the Cancel button.

This is on both the tuition and ensemble change lesson length box.

Emailing students from Tuition Roll
​You can now email students directly from the Mark roll screen.
You can email individual students by clicking on the envelope icon on the student’s row.
To email the found set of students click on the two envelope icon at the top of the screen.
