Exam Approval Form

In 8.0.48 and above an 'Approval Form' button has been added to the Exam tab. Similar to the 'Hire Form' button on the Loans & Hire tab. When button is clicked an Exam Approval Form will be generated for the selected record and user will be able to print or email. Button will be hidden when form has been sent.

​At this stage, the Exam Approval Form is customised specifically for Geelong College. If other schools want to start using this, I can modify for them or create options.
