Excursion Roll

In v 8.0.13 and abovet​There is a new script which produces an 'Excursion Roll'.  It is available from the Script in Excursions

​or from Printouts in What Do You Want To Do

At the search screen you need to select the excursion.
The column headings and key are editable in the next screen.

​Column headings could be used to tick off rehearsal attendance related to that excursion, or other things such as 'Form returned', 'Paid', Bus etc
​
The roll shows the Excursion Name, Supervising Staff and Date at the top and  displays student name (highlighted if Photo Permission = No in Students file), Date of Birth, Parent names and 10 blank columns.
You are given the option of removing blank lines
