External student tag (for Schools, not Conservatoriums)

In v 8.0.37 and above an 'External student tag' tag has been added on the Personal Details screen (access by clicking on pencil on Student's form view).
Allows schools to enter students that are not part of the school and therefore not in the school database. (eg. teachers who take private lessons, students from brother/sister schools, past students who are continuing lessons.) There is a step in the 'Standard Import' script that ensures any students tagged 'Yes' will not be deleted.
