This is something that has been needed for quite some time, and I've finally got around to adding it in to V7.18.4. Schools that use the 'Averaged System' in Music Monitor to calculate sessional teacher's pays sometimes face the problem of a teacher leaving part-way through a pay session. If a teacher's pay has been averaged out over 6 months, and they leave after 3 months, what do you do? Of course, you know you need to enter adjustments (eg. deduct lessons not given) and then Music Monitor will re-calculate their averaged pay (and it will be MUCH less). And you can then choose to keep paying them that reduced amount right through to the end of the session. OR you can manually calculate how much is owed to them and pay them in a lump sum. Well, I've now added a button that does it for you! You can now PRINT AND FINALISE ONE TEACHER'S PAY at any stage through a session. Below are a couple of documents: the first one explains the steps you should follow, and the second is a sample FINAL pay slip. I have also linked an instructional document to the Instruction Manual on this website: User Community > Instruction Manual > The Files > Staff Files > Salaries Finalising a teacher's averaged pay - step-by-step instructions Sample final pay slip
