For Conservatoriums - medical notes field in Students

In v 8.0.86 and above there is a new field: Medical notes. (Conservatoriums only.) It is now possible to differentiate between 'Special Needs' and 'Medical Notes'. 'Special Needs' are reported on for DOE funding, but medical notes not necessarily. 
Specific information on the medical alert can be entered in this field

In v8.0.90 and above, if a student is tagged with a Medical/Other Alert, a question-mark will appear on the roll to the left of their name. If the teacher clicks this question mark, details of the medical alert will be displayed in a custom dialog box.
