For Conservatoriums - new field for Marketing

In 8.0.44 and above on the Student Form View there is a new field: Marketing.

It auto-enters "Yes" when a new record is created (to receive marketing). Can be changed to 'No'. It's a marketing 'opt-out' field.

(Note: This field will be empty for all records created prior to this update. Can do a 'replace' to enter 'Yes' for all. Or perhaps leave empty and simply OMIT the 'No' records when sending out marketing material.)
