Hire Form button on Loans and Hire tab for Schools

In v 8.0.29 and above a yellow 'Hire Form' button has been added to the Loans and Hire tab in Students when you add a new Loan. It's visible until the hire form has been printed or emailed, then it disappears. Click to print or email the Hire Form for this one hire record. 

​When it's printed or emailed, a date is entered in the 'Rental Agreement Sent' field and the button is no longer visible.  

This is currently only available for schools and not conservatoriums.
