Locking Attendance Records

In v8.0.78 and above Music administrators can now LOCK Attendance Records.
In the Students file > Attendance tab, there is now a little 'key' icon at the far right of each attendance record. Click the key to lock the record. 

When the record is locked, the teachers will be unable to edit.

An example of how this could be used is if a parent rings to advise a student won't be attending a lesson, the administrator can mark the roll for that particular record and LOCK it so the teacher can't change it.

When the record is locked, the key icon changes to a key with a minus sign (rather than a plus sign). The key can be clicked again to unlock the record. 

​When a record is locked, the word "LOCKED" will display on that record on the teacher's roll.
