Minimum number in Ensembles

In v 8.0.85 and above there is a new field in ensembles/classes - Minimum Members. A number can be entered in this field to determine the minimum size for an ensemble. Ensembles with a number in this field will have a "PENDING" Status until the minimum number is reached. (The Status field refreshes every night, so it may not update immediately. However, I've added a 'refresh' button to the Status field label which can be clicked to refresh immediately.) 

​Pending ensembles will still show in the dropdown list of ensembles when enrolling students. 

​Pending ensembles are shaded ORANGE on the Ensembles List view and Form view. Ensemble 

​ENROLMENTS are also shaded ORANGE in the Ensemble Enrolments file on the List View and the Accounts Checklist (to avoid billing students that are enrolled in an ensemble that isn't running yet).
