Emailing schedules to groups of students

You can email the weekly schedule or the term schedule to a group of students from the Student’s file. Go to Students > Scripts

Perform a find for your group of students.
Select email weekly schedule or term schedule.
With the  weekly schedule you need to choose the week commencing – in Calendar the week commencing is SUNDAY.
An email is generated to each student in the group with their weekly schedule. Includes both tuition and ensembles

With the Email Term schedule to found set, it creates an email for each student in the found set of records. User selects Term & Year (and optional Campus). A pdf file showing all tuition lessons for the selected term is attached to the email. Unlike the Weekly schedule, this pdf includes only Tuition lessons, not ensembles/classes.
