New scripts in Ensemble enrolments and Tuition to send to Loans and Hire

In v 8.0.53 and above, in Ensemble enrolments, there is  a new script: Send found set to Loans & Hire. Select from Scripts menu in the Ensemble/Class Enrolments file.

The script makes it easier to allocate generic instruments (eg. 'Trumpet') to a whole group of students all at the one time, particularly if the school has, for example, a Yr 7 Band Program. Obviously if a particular reference number needs to be entered for each record, this will need to be done separately after records have been created. 

The script uses the ensemble part to allocate instruments. If you wish to allocate the same instrument then type it on the screen to enter loans and hire information.

Similarly, in Tuition enrolments, there is a new script: Send found set to Loans & Hire. Select from Scripts menu in the Tuition file.
