New to Calendar

In v8.0.91 and above there is a new button on Week View (email icon in front of group of people) - Email Weekly Timetable to ALL Teachers. 

Clicking this button will find all current staff in the Contacts file, then find their timetable for the selected week and save it as a pdf and attach to an email.

This timetable shows ALL entries (i.e. tuition, ensembles, scheduled breaks, meetings, etc.)
​Emails are sent WITH dialog.
