In v 8.0.98 and above there has been a bit of tweaking of the scripts attached to the buttons on the Tuition tab and the Ensembles tab: "Send ALL CURRENT to Accounts". If a debtor has not been set up for the student (and if user settings are set to use the Debtors and Invoices tables), a message will display and the script will stop. In v8.1.07 and above the script that emails Acquittal 2 to the found set of teachers has been modified.
The find request now includes any pending tuition students that have an enrolment date within the next 7 days. It also omits any current students that have a start date greater than the next 7 days. In v 8.1.06 and above, if an 'External' record has a Termination Date, the Status will now change to 'Archived'.
In v8.1.05 and above there is a new Tution Enrolment List -Enrolment List 5. Heading at top displays teacher name. Body of report displays student name, school, gender, age, subject, lesson day, lesson time, primary parent contact details, special needs notes.  In v 8.0.98 and above there is a new report - Child Minding Report. This is a very specific report, created for Wollongong Conservatorium. It relies on data being entered in Spare Field 2 and Spare Field 6 on the Spare field tabs in Students  The childcare session DAY is entered in Spare Field 2 and the session TIME is entered in Spare Field 6. The report lists the child, age (in years and months), primary contact name, mobile and email. The children are grouped by session day and time. The report can be run from What Do You Want To Do > Printouts > Students > Child Minding Report.  Click on the question mark to view Help notes and a sample printout is also available  In v 8.0.98 and above the floowing changes have been made: 1.Removed the first 'Notes' heading to allow more room for notes at the right. 2.Moved the two boxes for marking attendance closer together. 3. Timetabling notes will now be displayed in the Notes column. eg. if notice has been given that a student will be absent, this can be entered on the Tuition record by the administrator and will appear on the roll for the teacher. In v 8.0.99 and above the following chagne has been made: 1 'Lesson Tally' has been added to the right-hand side. Shows the number of lessons recorded for each student so far for the term or semester.  In v8.0.98 and above there is a new field: Age Yrs Mths. It calculates the age of the student in Years and Months.
it is only used in the Child Minding Report for Wollongong Conservatorium currently, but it's there available for other conservatoriums to use if necessary. It is only viewable at the moment in the All Fields screen. In v8.0.98 and above the Gender value list has changed it so it's now populated by values in the field, so you can modify it to include values other than M and F.
In v8.1.03 and above a dashed line has been added to the Invoice layout at the top of the payment details (to make it more like a cut-off slip)  In v8.0.98 and above, on the Notes tab in Debtors, there is a new field - Attachment. You can add, delete and view attachment.  |
