When adding tuition enrolments to the calendar (from either Tuition, Room Management or Contacts), enrolments tagged as rotating WILL NOW ROTATE! They will move forward half an hour every week. When they reach the end of the teacher's booked times, they will go back to the first time.
The ROTATING lessons work around the FIXED timeslots. Anything that is not tagged as ROTATING in the Tuition file s considered to be FIXED. (i.e. ensembles, breaks, additional entries added to the schedule). When rotating lessons are added to the calendar, the system now checks them against any fixed entries in the teacher's schedule and will move the start time accordingly. However because of the way lessons rotate, and because of the different length of lessons, some clashes inevitably result. (Not with the fixed entries, but sometimes rotating lessons end up being moved to the same time in order to avoid a fixed entry.) The best way to deal with this is to add to the calendar and always remember to click the 'Check for Clashes' button. The clashes will then be highlighted and can be adjusted accordingly.
