Some changes to Roll marking screen

1. In 8.0.44 and above teachers can now enter lesson notes on the roll. Click the little 'pencil- on-paper- icon at the right of the Notes field. A popover will appear showing the date and space to write lesson notes for the last 3 lessons. You can scroll down to see the notes on previous weeks  (Not on Geelong College roll.) 

2. In 8.0.45 and above , when clicking the pencil to modify the lesson length for this week only, it takes you to a screen where you can select a new lesson length from a dropdown list. (That's not new but this next bit is!) This dropdown list is now EDITABLE, but only by music administrators, not the teachers. The pencil isn't visible for the teachers. 

3. In 8.0.50 and above, have added a popover to add or edit Instrument Hire details (also added button to email Hire form). (not GC)
Also put Next Lesson Details in a popover to make more room on the layout. These popovers are hidden if the record is an Ensemble record. 

4. In 8.0.50 and above the ​Annual Lesson Tally now is red and bold if equal to or greater than the No Lessons RP (if No Lessons RP has a number greater than 0 in it) (not GC)
