Sort order option added for printing ensemble rolls

In 8.0.44 and above all the Ensemble Roll options in the Printouts section in What Do You Want To Do now include a 'Sort Order' selection on the set up screen.
​On the screen where users enter dates and choose whether they want 10 or 18 columns, they can now select one of three sort standard sort orders. (One thing to note however is that some of the rolls will not show the Ensemble Part unless the first sort order is selected i.e. the one that includes 'Ensemble Part'.)
