Tax Deductible blurb on Receipt

In v 8.0.25 and above an option has been added to include Tax Deductible Blurb on Receipts (for schools with NECOM preferences). When user goes to 'Make a Payment' from the Invoices screen, the Payment Details layout now includes a button to check if a tax deductible blurb is required. 

​Click the pencil to view or edit the tax deductible blurb. Once the receipt has been produced, Music Monitor doesn't 'remember' whether this receipt included the TDB, so if the Receipt is to be reprinted (eg. by clicking the binoculars on the line item and then Reprint Receipt), another dialog box appears asking if the receipt requires a TDB. The TDB can also be viewed or edited from the Troubleshooting scripts menu in Student Accounts.
