Teacher and Student Timetables

In version 8.0.05 and above
​There are now two new timetables that can be printed. They only show Tuition bookings.
 
They can both be accessed from What Do You Want To Do > Timetables

​The Teacher timetable can also be accessed from the Calendar Entries tab in Staff and other contacts

Enter your search criteria.
 Can search by user, student, date range, week commencing (or week commencing range), venue, day or date.
 NOTE: Week commencing in Calendar is the SUNDAY as opposed to Rolls which is Monday.

​The teacher’s timetable sorts by Week commencing. It also shows Calendar exclusions

​The student’s timetable sorts by student. It also shows calendar exclusions

​You can also vary your sort order by clicking on the Red button.

​To print or save the schedule click on Preview

​Save or print the schedule and Exit Preview to return to the timetable.
