Two new fields in Music/Books Resources

In v 8.0.96 and above there are two new fields for 'Music/Books': Audio Link, Date In Folder.

These have been added to the Additional Notes tab. Both are text fields.

​In Audio Link you can copy and paste a url. The

Date In Folder can be used to record details of the last time music was used in an ensemble group's folders. (So it may not necessarily have been performed but it was USED/rehearsed with that group.)
