9:00am	The Grand Arrival & Coffee Ritual ​Arrive, master the art of small talk, acquire coffee (the lifeblood of any Super User), and place lunch orders before the hunger strikes.
9:30am	Getting Started (aka "How to Adult with Software") Alison runs a very necessary session on the fundamentals—because even Super Users need to know how to turn the thing on. We'll demystify logging into Music Monitor (using the safe, non-threatening sample files), show you where all the 'General Settings' are hiding so you can tweak them to perfection, and review the sacred art of 'Managing Login Accounts.' Most importantly, we’ll equip you with battle-tested tips on how to shepherd your less-techy teachers through their own login process.
10:00am	Geeky Bits (The Things Jonathan Loves & You Pretend To Understand) Jonathan will dazzle us with tips on IT infrastructure, system integration, and cloud hosting. Prepare for concepts you'd genuinely rather not know—but probably should.
10:30am	Morning Tea ​The official excuse to escape the Geeky Bits and refuel with sugar.
11:00am	My Favourite Things (and Yours!) ​Your moment in the spotlight! Share your absolute favourite features in Music Monitor, your personal tips, and any new features you’ve become obsessed with. Bragging encouraged.
11:30am	End of Year and Task Customisation: A Speed Run Jonathan shifts gears to deliver a ridiculously quick overview of End of Year Procedures and shows you how to customise lists to create your own ultimate process guide. Blink and you’ll miss it!
12:00pm	Compass Hot Seat Seth and Louise from Compass are here to answer your burning questions about absolutely anything. The software, the universe, why your toast always burns... unleash your inner inquisitor.
12:30pm	Lunch Officially allowed to eat the lunch you ordered back at 9:00 am. ​Take this time to chat, connect and enjoy the company!
1:30pm	Best Practice (The Right Way vs. The 'Creative' Way) Alison reveals her pro tips on why some ways of doing things in Music Monitor are, objectively, better than others. Stop being a rebel and learn the best way!
2:00pm	Super Users & Troubleshooting (AKA "When Good Software Goes Bad") Jonathan shows you how to wield the power of the Super Users feature and provides essential tips for troubleshooting when the whole thing threatens to spontaneously combust.
2:30pm	Finding the Found Set (Alison's Secret Weapon) Learn to master the 'Find' button—Alison's favourite feature and a tool so powerful it could probably find your lost car keys.
3:00pm	Things You Might Have Missed A quick-fire recap of new and old features that have been lurking in the shadows, waiting for you to discover them.
3:30pm	Dessert & Chat ​More sugar and less pressure. The grand finale of a long day—let's discuss everything except IT infrastructure.
