- The regular online meetups we hold to help you with specific topics and take some general questions
- A Refresher Session following your annual update, to let you know what's changed in your new version of the system

New User Training Package
A dedicated training package at a discounted price, aimed at equipping new users with all the tools they need to get the most out of the system.
The package covers 15 hours of individual training delivered in online meetings. The structure is flexible to your needs but a typical delivery would include 3-6 sessions in a short period to skill you up for the basics, and the remainder delivered over the next year as you come to use the different modules and functions for the first time.

How is the time charged?
We bill in 10 minute increments and keep a record of your usage. If you wish to see your usage, we are happy to make it available to you.

How do I buy a Training or Success Package?
Simple! Just send an email or purchase order detailing the package you would like to purchase and we will send you an invoice and set up your account.

What happens when my time runs out?
We’ll send you a statement when it’s getting close to running out and give you the option to buy another 5 or 10 hour package if you need more.

Absolutely not! The time purchased is your time to be used when you need it.

What about onsite work?
All onsite work requiring a team member to visit your organisation will be invoiced separately and will incur a callout fee. There would be an expectation of a minimum callout period of 2 hours. If flights or accommodation are required, these will be invoiced prior with any ancillary expenses billed afterwards.
