Cloud Hosting
Outsource the management of your server and software updates and take advantage of our cloud hosting package. With this option, we provide a server for Music Monitor and maintain it in full. All management of the server machine and FileMaker Server is covered by us.
Technical details
You will get a dedicated Linux server hosted in Australia, an SSL certificate, offsite backups, 24/7 monitoring, 50GB disk space, 4 GB of RAM, and unlimited data throughput.
Access
Music Administrators can continue to access Music Monitor using FileMaker Pro. Optionally, Music Tutors can access Music Monitor in a browser, but the option to limit them to access with FileMaker Pro or FileMaker Go is also available.
Speed
In most cases we are able to switch you to our cloud hosting within a week, but we can also schedule the switch for a time that suits you!
Price
Our standard plan is $140 per month (plus GST), with the option to pay extra for more storage and compute. This cost will be charged at an annual rate at the time of your annual contract renewal, with the first year being charged pro rata on sign up. Add-on options such as API integration (with Wonde, Tass, Synergetic, etc.) start at $500 per year (plus GST).
